These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and 9kme ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 9kme.cam ("the Site"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. 9kme will never ask for your password through unsolicited communication. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any breach resulting from your own disclosure of credentials does not create liability for 9kme.

9kme operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity and age of all account holders. KYC is mandatory prior to processing your first withdrawal request and may also be triggered by certain account activities, large transactions, or extended inactivity followed by renewed deposit activity.
